No matter what the job details, or the fee, I always ask if my client had anything else they need, or if there was anything I could do to improve the service. I take some jobs from some National IT firms and even when I represent another firm, I put the end user's needs ahead of the firm. I do this because it is impossible to make a firm or company happy, but it is possible to make one customer happy with your work. If anyone has any ideas on how we can improve our services. I'd love to hear it.
